If requesting information on a home that is to be sold or is selling, you must submit a request in writing to our office at the following email address: [email protected]
We cannot discuss owner accounts with outside agencies unless we have the formal request from the closing attorney or the owner themselves. These requests must be submitted in writing.
All condo questionnaires must be submitted via email or by going to the “Contact us” section of our web site www.YachtCoveCondos.com . Please fill out the information and condo address in the message section. Condo questionnaires will be completed within 48 hours of receipt and during normal business hours. THERE IS A $50.00 CHARGE FOR COMPLETING THESE FORMS.
We require 48 hours’ notice on all questionnaires.
If completion is required in less than 48 hours an additional charge may be required.
